Top Three Fantasy Performers – 03/01
Five games on Saturday night which included three blowouts and two nail bitters. It was a slow night by fantasy standards but some player still lit it up so let’s check out our Top Three Fantasy Performers.
1. Dwight Howard – 26 Points, 22 Rebounds, 1 Assist, 3 Steals, 2 Blocks, 4 Turnovers: This is the tenth time this season that Howard has grabbed 20 Rebounds in a game and the seventh time he has gone 20 and 20. Everyone is still awaiting the infamous 30-30 game for we all know Howard could do it.
2. Hedo Turkolgu – 25 points, 8 Rebounds, 10 Assists, 4 Turnovers: Turkoglu continues to show that he belonged on the East All-Star squad but having a spectacular season with the Magic. Turkoglu went 9-17 from the floor and hit two three-ballers in the Magic’s victory Saturday night.
3. Deron Williams – 13 Points, 3 Rebounds, 19 Assists, 3 Steals, 7 Turnovers: Williams did turn the ball over 7 times but the rebounds and steals make up for it in this fantastic line. The critics are certainly dying off that the Jazz should have taken Paul in the draft instead of Williams. The young point guard is showing that he is one of the top PG’s in the league and will be for years to come.
