Top Three Fantasy Performers – 03/09
Sunday night was a good night for basketball. I also pulled off a great deal for my fantasy team as I traded Deron Williams, Amare Stoudamire and Ben Gordon for Chris Wilcox, David West, Mike Bibby and Jose Calderon. I have to say that I am a bit worried about Calderon’s production but he is the make or break in this deal. Remember to hit me up with any of your fantasy needs at fantasyhoops@hoopsaddict.com. I await your questions.
Let’s take a look at our Top Three Fantasy Performers for March 9th:
1. Pau Gasol – 25 Points, 7 Rebounds, 9 Assists, 1 Steal, 2 Blocks, 4 Turnovers: Pau had a fantastic line even though the Lakers lost to the Kings on a couple of last second free throws by Udrich. Pau has raised his game ever since coming to the Lakers and it shows how much of an impact a player like Kobe has on someone.
2. Chris Wilcox – 28 points, 10 Rebounds, 2 Assists, 1 Steal, 4 Turnovers: Wilcox had a great game against the Raptors on Sunday posting a great line. Owners can be happy that Wilcox is getting back to form and putting up nice lines for you to insert him into your lineup.
3. Steve Nash – 19 Points, 5 Rebounds, 14 Assists, 4 Turnovers: Forget what brown can do for you, it’s what Nash can do for you. He is delivering more goodies then your Grandma before Sunday dinner. Nash has tallied 42 assists in his last three games. It was also good to see the Suns defeat the Spurs as the Suns need to get back on track when playing the top seeds in the west.
