Top Three Fantasy Performers – 03/06

March 7, 2008

hafantasy1.jpgA light night in the NBA with only three games on the schedule. Could Houston win its 17th in a row and go 5-0 without Yao Ming? What would LeBron do for an encore in Chicago? Here are the Top Three Fantasy Performers for March 6th:

1. Danny Granger – 22 Points, 6 Rebounds, 1 Assist, 6 Steals, 1 Block, 1 Turnover: Granger did shoot 9-23 and miss all his three-baller attempts but still managed a decent fantasy line. The six steals are massive value in most leagues and this is why he is in out Top Three for the night.

2. LeBron James – 39 Points, 3 Rebounds, 1 Assist, 1 Steal, 3 Blocks, 4 Turnovers: As you can see, LeBron had an “off night” by his standards in Chicago. But it’s still impressive to his owners in fantasy hoops.

3. Joakin Noah – 13 Points, 20 Rebounds, 2 Assists, 1 Block, 1 Turnover: Noah has his first 20 Rebound game in his NBA career. With the 20 rebounds, 10 of them were on the offensive glass. If Noah is available in your league, I would quickly snatch him up as he is now a guaranteed starter in the Bulls lineup.
