Being a rookie is never easy, it gets extra tough when you’re stuck behind a couple of veterans in your teams rotation. Such is the case for Roy Hibbert who is currently stuck behind Rasho Nesterovic, Jeff Foster and even Troy Murphy on nights when head coach Jim O’Brien goes small.

Hibbert recently chatted with Hoops Addict about his thoughts on his rookie season, what he plans to do this summer to prepare for next season, how the veterans in Indiana are mentoring him and how the coaching staff is helping him develop.
