In The Scrum With Tyson Chandler

I managed to catch up with New York Knicks All-Star center Tyson Chandler after Wednesday’s game against the Washington Wizards. The Knicks loss snapped a five game win streak and a ten game streak over the Wizards. Chandler feels as though all of his teammates weren’t giving a full effort and that the team felt that they could just “show up and win.” This game also ended a personal streak of three consecutive games with twenty rebounds, tying a team record previously set by Willis Reed.

I think the Knicks tried their best. The wizards are not a good team but got lucky that night. Maybe next time the Knicks will try harder. Also, the return of the Wizards best player, John Wall, made it harder.
